(Muhammad) say, "I am only a warner. The only Lord is God, the Almighty. 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Exalted in Might, the Perpetual Forgiver." 66 Say, "This is momentous news, 67 Ye are therefrom averting. 68 I had no knowledge of the High Assembly's dispute. 69 Only this has been revealed to me that I am a distinct warner. 70 When your Lord said to the angels: "I am going to create a man from clay; 71 and when I give it proper shape and blow My spirit into it, bow down in prostration to him," 72 Then the angels bowed themselves all together, 73 But not Iblis: he was proud and he was one of the unbelievers. 74 Said He: "O Iblis! What has kept thee from prostrating thyself before that [being] which I have created with My hands? Art thou too proud [to bow down before another created being,] or art thou of those who think [only] of themselves as high?" 75 Said he, 'I am better than he; Thou createdst me of fire, and him Thou createdst of clay.' 76 He said: Then get out of it, for surely you are driven away: 77 My condemnation will be with you until the Day of Judgment!" 78 He said, “My Lord! Therefore give me respite till the day when all will be raised.” 79 Answered He: "Verily, so [be it:] thou shalt be among those who are granted respite 80 Till the period of the time made known. 81 (Iblis) said: “By Your glory, I shall mislead them all 82 excepting those Thy servants among them that are sincere.' 83 (Allah) said: "Then it is just and fitting- and I say what is just and fitting- 84 “That I will fill hell with you and with those among them who follow you, all together.” 85 Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him) “I do not ask any fee from you for the Qur’an, and I am not a fabricator.” 86 It, (the Quran), is nothing but a reminder to you from the Lord of the Universe. 87 And ye shall surely come to know the truth thereof after a season. 88
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
