But the godfearing shall be amidst gardens and fountains: 45 Enter therein in peace, secure. 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 "No sense of fatigue shall touch them, nor shall they (ever) be asked to leave it." 48 ۞ Inform My servants that I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 and that My punishment is a painful punishment. 50 Inform them about the matter of Abraham's guests. 51 (How) when they came in unto him, and said: Peace. He said: Lo! we are afraid of you. 52 They said, 'Be not afraid; behold, we give thee good tidings of a cunning boy.' 53 He said: 'What is this, do you bring me glad tidings even though I am old' Of what do you give me glad tidings' 54 They said, “We have given you true tidings, therefore do not lose hope.” 55 "Who would despair of the mercy of his Lord," he answered, "but those who go astray." 56 And asked them: "What matter, O angels, brings you here?" 57 They said, “We have been sent towards a guilty nation.” 58 barring Lot's household, all of whom, behold, we shall save 59 all together, excepting his wife -- we have decreed, she shall surely be of those that tarry.' 60
