▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But such as fears the Station of his Lord, for them shall be two gardens -- 46 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 47 These Gardens will abound in green, blooming branches. 48 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 49 In [each of] these two [gardens] two springs will flow. 50 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 51 In both of them are of every fruit, two kinds. 52 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 53 Reclining on beds, the inner coverings of which are of silk brocade; and the fruits of the two gardens shall be within reach. 54 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55 In the midst of these shall be maidens with modest, restrained glances; maidens whom no man or jinn has ever touched before. 56 jinn and mankindîwhich of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 57 (In beauty) they are like rubies and coral. 58 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 59 Should the reward of goodness be aught else but goodness? -- 60 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 61 And besides these two are two (other) gardens: 62 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 63 Dark green with foliage. 64 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 65 In them will be two gushing springs. 66 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 67 In both are fruits and palms and pomegranates. 68 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 69 Wherein (are found) the good and beautiful - 70 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 71 with big, black and white beautiful eyes, dwelling in tents. 72 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 73 Whom neither man nor jinni will have touched before them - 74 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and beautiful fine carpets. 76 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 77 Blest be the name of thine Lord, Owner Of Majesty and Beneficence! 78
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
