Man says, 'What, when I am dead shall I then be brought forth alive?' 66 Does man not remember that We created him before when he was nothing? 67 So by your Lord, We shall assemble them and the devils – all of them – and bring them around hell, fallen on their knees. 68 and thereupon We shall, indeed, draw forth from every group [of sinners] the ones that had been most determined in their disdainful rebellion against the Most Gracious: 69 Then surely it is We who are the Best Knower of these worthiest of being therein roasted. 70 Not one of you there is, but he shall go down to it; that for thy Lord is a thing decreed, determined. 71 But We shall save those who guarded against evil, and We shall leave the wrong-doers therein, (humbled) to their knees. 72 And when Our manifest revelations are rehearsed unto them, those who disbelieve say unto those who believe: which of the two portions is better in station and goodlier in company? 73 How numerous are the peoples We destroyed before them - those that were more resourceful and grander in outward appearance! 74 Say: 'Whosoever is in error, let the All-merciful prolong his term for him! Till, when they see that they were threatened, whether the chastisement, or the Hour, then they shall surely know who is worse in place, and who is weaker in hosts.' 75 God increases His guidance to those who follow guidance; and lasting good works are better in the sight of your Lord and are most rewarding. 76 Have you seen him who disbelieved in Our Ayat (this Quran and Muhammad SAW) and (yet) says: "I shall certainly be given wealth and children [if I will be alive (again)]," 77 What, has he observed the Unseen, or taken a covenant with the All-merciful? 78 By no means! We write down what he says, and We will lengthen to him the length of the chastisement 79 And We shall inherit from him (at his death) all that he talks of (i.e. wealth and children which We have bestowed upon him in this world), and he shall come to Us alone. 80 They have taken other gods instead of Allah that they may be a source of strength for them. 81 By no means! They shall soon deny their worship and shall become their adversaries instead. 82
