Do you not see that We have sent the devils upon the disbelievers, inciting them to [evil] with [constant] incitement? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (in seeking a scourge against them). We are counting their days. 84 The Day will surely come when We shall gather the God-fearing like [honoured] guests before the Compassionate God 85 And will drive the criminals to Hell in thirst 86 who have no power of intercession, except those who have taken a covenant with the Merciful. 87 And they say: 'The Merciful has taken a son' 88 You have indeed advanced something hideous! 89 Well-nigh the heavens are rent thereat and the earth cleft in sunder and the mountains fall down in pieces. 90 That they ascribe a son (or offspring or children) to the Most Beneficent (Allah). 91 When it does not behove the Merciful to have a son. 92 All that is in the heavens and the earth will return to the Beneficent God as His submissive servants. 93 He has indeed counted them, and He has numbered them exactly. 94 And each one of them will come unto Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Indeed those who believed and did good deeds – the Most Gracious will appoint love for them. (In the hearts of other believers.) 96 So We have only made it easy in your tongue that you may give good news thereby to those who guard (against evil) and warn thereby a vehemently contentious people. 97 And how many a generation before them have We destroyed! Canst thou (Muhammad) see a single man of them, or hear from them the slightest sound? 98
