Do you not see that We have set the devils against the infidels to rouse and instigate them? 83 So be not impatient over them. We only count out to them a [limited] number. 84 On the day when We shall assemble the righteous towards the Most Gracious, as guests. 85 And We shall drive the sinners to Hell, like thirsty cattle driven down to water,- 86 On that Day none will have the power to intercede for them except those who received a sanction from the Most Compassionate Lord. 87 And they say: "The Most Beneficent (Allah) has begotten a son (or offspring or children) [as the Jews say: 'Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allah, and the Christians say that He has begotten a son ['Iesa (Christ)], and the pagan Arabs say that He has begotten daughters (angels, etc.)]." 88 Assuredly ye have brought a thing monstrous. 89 Thereby the heavens are nearly torn and the earth split asunder, and mountains fall crashing down 90 that they have attributed to the All-merciful a son; 91 although it is inconceivable that the Most Gracious should take unto Himself a son! 92 Not one of the beings in the heavens and the earth but must come to (Allah) Most Gracious as a servant. 93 He has counted them and numbered them precisely, 94 each one of them shall come to Him one by one on the Day of Judgement. 95 The Lord of Mercy will bestow affection upon those who believe and perform righteous deeds. 96 We have made it easy in your own tongue in order that you proclaim the glad tidings to the cautious and give warning to a stubborn nation. 97 How many generations living before them did We destroy? Do you find anyone of them around or do you even hear any word from them? 98
