The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who created all things and fashioned them in good proportion; 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 Who brings out the pastures 4 And [then] makes it black stubble. 5 [O Prophet!] We shall make you recite the Quran so that you will not forget any of it -- 6 unless God wills it to be otherwise. He knows all that is made public and all that remains hidden. 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 Wherefore admonish thou; admonition hath surely profited, 9 Those who fear will understand. 10 But the most hapless will flout it, 11 He who shall roast into the Great Fire, 12 wherein they will neither live nor die. 13 Indeed successful is the one who became pure. 14 remember the name of the Lord, and pray to Him. 15 Nay, you prefer the life of this world; 16 But the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 This, indeed, was in the ancient Scrolls, 18 The scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
