Lo! We verily do help Our messengers, and those who believe, in the life of the world and on the day when the witnesses arise, 51 The Day when no profit will it be to Wrong-doers to present their excuses, but they will (only) have the Curse and the Home of Misery. 52 To Moses We had given guidance and to the children of Israel We had given the Book 53 A guidance and an advice for the people of intellect. 54 (Muhammad), exercise patience. The promise of God is true. Seek forgiveness for your sins and glorify your Lord with His praise in the evenings and in the early mornings. 55 Those who dispute the revelations of God without having received any authority do so because of their arrogance, but their arrogance cannot bring them any success. Seek protection from God for He is All-hearing and All-aware. 56 The creation of the heavens and the earth is certainly greater than the creation of mankind, but most people do not know. 57 The blind and the seeing are surely not alike, nor those who believe and act rightly and those who do evil. Little do you reflect! 58 The Hour will certainly come: Therein is no doubt: Yet most men believe not. 59 And your Lord says: Call upon Me, I will answer you; surely those who are too proud for My service shall soon enter hell abased. 60

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
