۞ Also We revealed unto Moses, 'Go with My servants by night; surely you will be followed.' 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities musterers: 53 [bidding them to call out his troops and to proclaim:] "Behold, these [children of Israel] are but a contemptible band; 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 “And indeed we are an alert army.” 56 So We made them leave their gardens and springs, 57 And treasures and agreeable mansions. 58 Thus it was, but We made the Children of Israel inheritors of such things. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 He said: By no means; surely my Lord is with me: He will show me a way out. 62 Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain. 63 And We advanced thereto the pursuers. 64 And We saved Moosa and all those with him. 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 67 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 68
