Do you not realize that We have sent Satan to incite the unbelievers to sin. 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only numbering for them a number. 84 On the Day We will gather the righteous to the Most Merciful as a delegation 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from the Most Beneficent (Allah). 87 They say, "The Gracious One has begotten a son." 88 Certainly you have made an abominable assertion 89 Which would cleave the skies asunder, rend the earth, and split the mountains, 90 because they ascribe a son to the Gracious One. 91 It is not for the Merciful to take a son! 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but cometh unto the Beneficent as a slave. 93 He has counted and enumerated them one by one. 94 Every one of them shall come to Him upon the Day of Resurrection, all alone. 95 The Lord of Mercy will bestow affection upon those who believe and perform righteous deeds. 96 So We have made it easy in thine tongue in order that thou mayest thereby give glad tidings unto the Godfearing and warn thereby a people contentious. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Perceivest thou of them anyone or hear of them a whisper? 98
