۞ Furthermore I call to witness the setting of the Stars,- 75 And verily that is a mighty oath, if ye but knew! 76 that this is an honorable Quran 77 preserved in a hidden Book which 78 which none but the pure may touch; 79 a revelation from the Sustainer of all the worlds! 80 Is it such a talk (this Quran) that you (disbelievers) deny? 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 So why was it not, when the soul reaches up to the throat, – 83 and you are watching at that time 84 and while We are closer to him than you, although you see [Us] not: 85 why, then, if [you think that] you are not truly dependent [on Us,] 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 [ALL OF YOU are destined to die.] Now if one happens to be of those who are drawn close unto God, 88 Then is relief, and flowers – and Gardens of peace. 89 And if he was of the companions of the right, 90 Then [the angels will say], "Peace for you; [you are] from the companions of the right." 91 But if he is of the rejecters, the erring, 92 a welcome of burning despair [awaits him in the life to come,] 93 and the heat of hell fire. 94 This is the absolute Truth and certainty. 95 Extol, then, the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 96
