The Elephant (Al-Feel)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Hast thou not seen how thy Lord dealt with the owners of the Elephant? 1 Did He not put their scheme into ruin? 2 And sent hordes of chargers flying against them, 3 which pelted them with clay stones? 4 And He made them like eaten straw. 5
True are the words of God the Almighty.
