The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The Striking! 1 What is the Clatterer? 2 And what will make you know what the striking (Hour) is? 3 (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about, 4 And the mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose balances are heavy, 6 Will have a tranquil life; 7 but he whose weight is light in the Scale, 8 His dwelling shall be the Abyss. 9 What will convey to you what this is like? 10 A flaming fire! 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
