Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I am purely a Herald of Warning – and there is no God except Allah, the One, the All Dominant.” 65 Lord of the heavens and earth and everything between them, the Almighty, the Most Forgiving." 66 Say: "That (this Quran) is a great news, 67 yet you ignore it. 68 I had no knowledge of the exalted assembly [of angels] when they were disputing [the creation of Adam]. 69 "Only this has been inspired to me, that I am a plain warner." 70 Your Lord said to the angels, "I am about to create a human being out of clay; 71 When I have shaped him, and breathed My spirit in him, fall you down, bowing before him!' 72 So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them: 73 But not Iblis: he was proud and he was one of the unbelievers. 74 God said, "Satan, what prevented you from prostrating yourself to what I created with My own Hands? Were you overcome by arrogance, or are you of those who think [only] of themselves as exalted?" 75 Said he, 'I am better than he; Thou createdst me of fire, and him Thou createdst of clay.' 76 "Begone! You are accursed: 77 "And verily!, My Curse is on you till the Day of Recompense." 78 [Iblis (Satan)] said: "My Lord! Give me then respite till the Day the (dead) are resurrected." 79 (God) said: "You have the respite 80 Until the day of the time appointed. 81 Said he, 'Now, by Thy glory, I shall pervert them all together, 82 except Your sincere servants among them". 83 (Allah) said: "Then it is just and fitting- and I say what is just and fitting- 84 I will fill up Hell with you together with those who follow you." 85 (Muhammad), say, "I do not ask any reward for my preaching to you for I am not a pretender. 86 Lo! it is naught else than a reminder for all peoples 87 “And you will come to know of its tidings, after a while.” 88
