Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

Just look at him, who belies the religion! 1 Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness), 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the poor, 3 Woe, therefore, unto such performers of prayer. 4 But who are oblivious of their moral duties, 5 who show off, 6 And withhold things of common use (from others). 7

Almighty God's Truth.
