The Poets (Alshu'araa')

227 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah) before The Ant (Al-Naml)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings.] 1 These are verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 You will perhaps kill yourself with anguish because they are not accepting the faith. 3 If We list, We can send down unto them a sign from the heaven so that their necks would become to it submissive. 4 Never cometh there unto them a fresh reminder from the Beneficent One, but they turn away from it. 5 Now they have denied (the Truth); but there will come unto them tidings of that whereat they used to scoff. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how many We caused to grow in it every generous kind? 7 Verily there are signs in this; yet many of them do not believe. 8 Your Lord, He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
