The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Woe to every slanderer and backbiter 1 Who has gathered wealth and counted it, 2 thinking his wealth will render him immortal! 3 By no means! He shall surely be cast into the crushing torment. 4 And what can make you know what is the Crusher? 5 It is the Fire kindled by Allah, 6 Which mounts directed at the hearts. 7 Surely it shall be closed over upon them, 8 in outstretched columns. 9

Almighty Allah's Truth.
