It is He who gave you ears, eyes and hearts, yet how seldom you are grateful! 78 He it is who has multiplied you on the earth and to Him you shall all be gathered: 79 It is He Who gives life and death, and to Him (is due) the alternation of Night and Day: will ye not then understand? 80 But they say the same as the ancients said, 81 They said, 'What, when we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we be indeed raised up? 82 We were already promised this, we and our forefathers. Lo! this is naught but fables of the men of old. 83 Say: Whose is the earth, and whoever is therein, if you know? 84 They will say: Allah's. Say: Will you not then mind? 85 Say thou: who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the mighty throne? 86 [And] they will reply: "[All this power belongs] to God." Say: "Will you not, then, remain conscious of Him?" 87 Say: In Whose hand is the dominion over all things and He protecteth, while against Him there is no protection, if ye have knowledge? 88 They will say: "(All that belongs) to Allah." Say: "How then are you deceived and turn away from the truth?" 89 Rather, We have brought them the truth, and indeed they are liars. 90 God has not begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Had this been so, each god would have taken away what he had created with him, and some would have risen over the others. God is much too glorious for what they attribute (to Him)! 91 knowing all that is beyond the reach of a created being's perception as well as all that can be witnessed by a creature's senses or mind and hence, sublimely exalted is He above anything to which they may ascribe a share in His divinity! 92
