8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
The craving for ever-greater worldly gains and to excel others in that regard keeps you occupied 1 Until you visit the graves (i.e. till you die). 2 Yes certainly, you will soon realise! 3 Again, yes certainly, you will soon realise! 4 Yes certainly, if you had believed with certainty, you would not have craved for wealth. 5 Ye shall certainly see Hell-Fire! 6 Again, ye shall see it with certainty of sight! 7 Then, on that day, you will be questioned about the bounties (of God). 8
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
