The All Compassionate (Al-Rahman)
78 verses, revealed in Medina after Thunder (Al-Ra'ad) before The Human (Al-Insan)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ The Merciful One 1 who taught the Quran -- 2 He created man. 3 He taught him eloquent speech. 4 The sun and the moon run on their fixed courses (exactly) calculated with measured out stages for each (for reckoning, etc.). 5 And the herbs and the trees - both (alike) prostrate in adoration. 6 He raised the heaven on high and set the scale. 7 That ye exceed not the measure, 8 And observe the weight with equity, and make not deficient the balance. 9 And the earth He laid [out] for the creatures. 10 Therein are fruit and palm-trees sheathed. 11 and grain in the blade, and fragrant herbs. 12 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 13 He created man of a clay like the potter's, 14 and He created the jinn of a smokeless fire. 15 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 16 He is Lord of the two easts and Lord of the two wests. 17 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 18 He has made the two seas to flow freely (so that) they meet together: 19 but has created a barrier between them so that they will not merge totally. 20 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you then deny? 21 From these seas come forth pearls and coral. 22 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 23 To Him only belong the sailing ships, raised above the sea like hills. 24 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 25

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
