The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake 1 And the earth throws out its burdens. 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 upon that day she shall tell her tidings 4 Because your Lord has commanded it. 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 And he who has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
