Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
YOU ARE OBSESSED by greed for more and more 1 till you reached the grave. 2 Yes certainly, you will soon realise! 3 Again, no indeed; but soon you shall know. 4 Nay, if you could but understand [it] with an understanding [born] of certainty, 5 you would indeed, most surely, behold the blazing fire [of hell]! 6 Again, ye shall see it with certainty of sight! 7 Then, on that Day, you shall be asked about the delight (you indulged in, in this world)! 8
