The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 Striking sparks of fire (by their hooves), 2 Then those charging in the morning 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 and penetrate deep into a host. 5 Indeed man is very ungrateful towards his Lord. 6 and surely he is a witness against that! 7 And indeed he loves wealth to the extreme. 8 ۞ Does he not know when the contents of the graves are laid bare 9 And that which is in the breasts (of men) shall be made known. 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11
