O People who Believe fight the disbelievers who are near to you, and let them find severity in you, and know well that Allah is with the pious. 123 When a Surah is revealed some of them remark: "Whose faith among you has it increased?" It does increase the faith of those who believe, and they rejoice. 124 But as for those in whose hearts is disease, it only addeth wickedness to their wickedness, and they die while they are disbelievers. 125 See they not that they are tried every year once or twice? Yet they turn not in repentance, and they take no heed. 126 And whenever a chapter is sent down, one of them looks at the other; “Is there someone watching you?” and then they turn away; Allah has inverted their hearts because they are a people who do not understand. 127 Assuredly there hath come unto you an apostle from amongst yourselves: heavy upon him is that which harasseth you, solicitous for you, and with the believers tender and merciful. 128 So, if they turn away, say to them: "God is sufficient for me. There is no God but He; I depend on Him alone, the Lord of the glorious Throne." 129
Almighty Allah's Truth.
End of Surah: Repentance (At-Tawba). Sent down in Medina after The Feast (Al-Maa 'edah) before Triumph (Al-Nassr)
