[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised the height thereof and ordered it; 28 and darkened its night and brought forth its morning. 29 And afterwards spread out the earth. 30 after that bringing forth from it its water and its pasture land, 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity - 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 and the blazing fire [of hell] will be laid open before all who [are destined to] see it. 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 And chose the life of the world, 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires, 40 Then surely the garden-- that is the abode. 41 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? 42 You have no knowledge to say anything about it, 43 To your Lord is its finality. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth it. 45 The Day they see it, (It will be) as if they had tarried but a single evening, or (at most till) the following morn! 46
