The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim 1 These are the verses of a Book luminous. 2 (O Muhammad), you will perhaps grieve yourself to death because these people do not believe. 3 If We will, We shall send down on them out of heaven a sign, so their necks will stay humbled to it. 4 [But We have not willed it:] and so, whenever there comes unto them any fresh reminder from the Most Gracious, they [who are blind of heart] always - turn their backs upon it: 5 Indeed they have denied, so now soon coming upon them are the tidings of what they used to scoff at. 6 Do they not look at the earth, how We caused a variety of fine vegetation to grow from it (in abundance)? 7 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them will not accept faith. 8 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 9
