The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake 1 when the earth shakes off her burdens, 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 That day she will relate her chronicles, 4 For your Lord will have commanded it. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 Then whosoever hath worked good of an atom's weight shall behold it 7 and he who shall have done an atom's weight of evil, shall behold it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
