What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 On high hath He raised its canopy, and He hath given it order and perfection. 28 and darkened its night, and brought forth its forenoon; 29 And after that He spread the earth; 30 after that bringing forth from it its water and its pasture land, 31 And solidified the mountains. 32 an enjoyment for you and your herds. 33 But when the great calamity will come about 34 on the Day that man remembers what he strove for 35 and Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 and preferred the life of this world [to the good of his soul,] 38 most surely his abode shall be Hell. 39 But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust, 40 Then surely the garden-- that is the abode. 41 They will question thee concerning the Hour, when it shall berth. 42 In what [position] are you that you should mention it? 43 Unto thy Lord is the final end of it. 44 You are only a warner to him who would fear it. 45 It shall be as if; on the day they see it, they have but tarried for an evening, or its forenoon. 46
