And [mention] when Moses said to his servant, "I will not cease [traveling] until I reach the junction of the two seas or continue for a long period." 60 When they reached the confluence they forgot the fish (they had brought as food) which swiftly made its way into the sea. 61 Moses asked his young companion when they crossed this point, "Bring us our food; the journey has made us tired." 62 He said: Did you see when we took refuge on the rock then I forgot the fish, and nothing made me forget to speak of it but the Shaitan, and it took its way into the river; what a wonder! 63 'This is what we have been seeking' said he, and they retraced their footsteps 64 Then they found one of Our votaries, whom We had blessed and given knowledge from Us. 65 Moosa said to him, “May I stay with you upon the condition that you will teach me the righteousness that you have been taught?” 66 He said: "You will not be able to bear with me. 67 And how can you have patience in that of which you have not got a comprehensive knowledge? 68 Moses said, "If God wishes, you will find me patient and I shall not disobey any of your orders." 69 He (Khidr) said: "Then, if you follow me, ask me not about anything till I myself mention it to you." 70
