Al-Naba' 2 of 2

[But,] verily for the God-conscious there is supreme fulfilment in store: 31 gardens and vineyards, 32 And full-breasted maidens of equal age. 33 And a cup full (to the brim). 34 They will hear therein no babble nor falsehood: 35 A recompense from thy Lord - a gift sufficient 36 Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all whatever is between them – the Most Gracious – with Whom no one will have the right to talk. 37 On the Day whereon the spirits and the angels will stand arrayed, they will not be able to speak save him whom the Compassionate giveth leave and who speaketh aright. 38 That day is certain. So whosoever likes may prepare a way to his Lord. 39 We have indeed warned you of a calamity near at hand, a day when man will see what he had sent (of his deeds) ahead, and the unbeliever will say: "Woe alas. Ah would that I were dust!" 40

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
