Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
So I swear by what you see 38 And what ye see not, 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured Messenger [i.e. Jibrael (Gabriel) or Muhammad SAW which he has brought from Allah]. 40 not the speech of a poet. Little do you believe! 41 nor is it the speech of a soothsayer little do you remember. 42 A sending down from the Lord of all Being. 43 And if he had fabricated against Us some of the sayings, 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand, 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein. 46 Then none among you would be his saviour. 47 Surely it is a Reminder to the godfearing; 48 but We know that some of you will cry lies. 49 And most surely it is a great grief to the unbelievers. 50 But verily it is Truth of assured certainty. 51 Therefore (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), proclaim the purity of your Lord, the Greatest. 52
