The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the fig and the olive; 1 By Mount Sinai, 2 and this land secure! 3 We have created the human being in the best form 4 Then we reduced him to the lowest of the low, 5 except for those who believe and do good deeds -- theirs shall be an unending reward! 6 Then what (or who) causes you (O disbelievers) to deny the Recompense (i.e. Day of Resurrection)? 7 Is not God the greatest of the judges? 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
