۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 So Firaun sent gatherers into the cities. 53 'These' they said, 'are a small band, 54 And most surely they have enraged us; 55 and we are a host on our guard' 56 So, We expelled them from gardens and springs, 57 their treasures and their noble dwellings -- 58 even so, and We bequeathed them upon the Children of Israel. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 So when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa cried out: Most surely we are being overtaken. 61 Moses replied: "By no means. My Lord is with me. He will show me the way." 62 Then We bade Moses strike the sea with his staff. And it parted, and each part was like a huge mountain. 63 And We brought the others close to that place. 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 Then drowned the others. 66 Indeed in this is surely a sign, and most of them were not Muslims. 67 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
