Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 and lift from thee thy burden, 2 the burden that weighed down thy back? 3 Have We not raised your remembrance? 4 Surely with hardship there is ease. 5 With difficulty is surely ease. 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 and turn to your Lord with longing. 8
