Lo! those who ward off (evil) are among gardens and watersprings. 45 (Their greeting will be): "Enter ye here in peace and security." 46 We shall remove all hatred from their breasts and make them as brothers reclining on thrones facing one another. 47 No weariness shall ever touch them in this [state of bliss,] and never shall they have to forgo it. 48 ۞ Declare thou unto My bondmen: verily I! I am the Forgiver, the Merciful. 49 And that My doom is the dolorous doom. 50 And tell them about the guests (the angels) of Ibrahim (Abraham). 51 When they entered unto him, and said; peace! He said: verily we are afraid of you. 52 They said: Be not afraid, surely we give you the good news of a boy, possessing knowledge. 53 He said, "Do you bring me such news despite my old age? What kind of good news are you bringing me?" 54 "We have given you the happy tidings of a truth," they replied. "So do not be one of those who despair." 55 He said: And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord but the erring ones? 56 Abraham said: "What then is the business on which ye (have come), O ye messengers (of Allah)?" 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 Except Lot's family, of whom we shall save all, 59 except his wife. We have decreed that she will be among those who remain behind [and will be lost]. 60
