Are you the harder to create or the heaven? He made it. 27 He hath raised the height thereof and perfected it. 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 And afterwards spread out the earth. 30 after that bringing forth from it its water and its pasture land, 31 And the mountains, He made them firm, 32 (To be) a provision and benefit for you and your cattle. 33 But when the great predominating calamity comes; 34 on that Day man will [clearly] remember all that he has ever wrought; 35 and Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 and preferred the present life, 38 will find himself in Hell; 39 But he who feared to stand before his Lord, and restrained himself from evil desires, 40 surely Paradise shall be the refuge. 41 (Muhammad), they ask you, "When will the Hour of Doom come?" 42 what have you to do with the mentioning of it? 43 Unto thy Lord belongeth (knowledge of) the term thereof. 44 You are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46
