Say: 'I am only a warner. There is no god except Allah, the One, the Conqueror, 65 “Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them – the Almighty, the Oft Forgiving.” 66 Say: "This is a message tremendous: 67 "From which ye do turn away! 68 [Say, O Muhammad:] "No knowledge would I have had of [what passed among] the host on high when they argued [against the creation of man,] 69 This alone is revealed to me, I am only a clear warner' 70 Recall what time thy Lord said unto the angels: verily I am about to create a human being from clay; 71 So when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My [created] soul, then fall down to him in prostration." 72 So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them: 73 Saving Iblis; he was scornful and became one of the disbelievers. 74 He said: O Iblis! what prevented you that you should do obeisance to him whom I created with My two hands? Are you proud or are you of the exalted ones? 75 He said: "I am better than he. You created me from fire, and him from clay." 76 [Allah] said, "Then get out of Paradise, for indeed, you are expelled. 77 “And indeed My curse is upon you till the Day of Judgement.” 78 He said: "O Lord, give me respite till the day the dead rise from their graves." 79 Said He, 'Thou art among the ones that are respited 80 till the Appointed Day." 81 [Iblis (Satan)] said: "By Your Might, then I will surely mislead them all, 82 Other than the chosen ones among Your creatures." 83 Allah said: the truth is, and it is the truth that I speak 84 [That] I will surely fill Hell with you and those of them that follow you all together." 85 SAY [O Prophet]: "No reward whatever do I ask of you for this [message]; and I am not one of those who claim to be what they are not. 86 This is only a warning for mankind. 87 and you will most certainly grasp its purport after a lapse of time!" 88
