We indeed created man; and We know what his soul whispers within him, and We are nearer to him than the jugular vein. 16 Behold! when the two receivers receive - one on the right hand and one on the left a sitter. 17 The human being will certainly experience the agony of death 18 And the agony of death cometh in truth. (And it is said unto him): This is that which thou wast wont to shun. 19 And the Trumpet shall be blown: that will be the Day whereof Warning (had been given). 20 And every soul came, along with a herder and a witness. 21 (It will be said:) "Thou wast heedless of this; now have We removed thy veil, and sharp is thy sight this Day!" 22 And his Companion will say: "Here is (his Record) ready with me!" 23 The command was given: “Cast into Hell every hardened, stubborn unbeliever, 24 “The one who excessively prevented from virtue, the transgressor, the doubtful.” 25 “The one who appointed another God along with Allah – so both of you fling him into the severe punishment.” 26 ۞ And his companion shall say: 'Our Lord, I did not make him insolent, he was far astray' 27 Allah will say: "Dispute not in front of Me, I had already, in advance, sent you the threat. 28 “With Me, the decree does not change, and nor do I oppress the bondmen.” 29
