Al-Baqarah 5 of 40

Children of Israel, remember the favours I have bestowed upon you, and fulfil the covenant that you made with Me. I shall fulfil the covenant I made with you. Fear Me alone. 40 And believe in that which I reveal, confirming that which ye possess already (of the Scripture), and be not first to disbelieve therein, and part not with My revelations for a trifling price, and keep your duty unto Me. 41 Do not mix truth with falsehood and do not deliberately hide the truth 42 Establish your prayers, pay the obligatory charity, and bow with those who bow. 43 ۞ Will you bid others to piety, and forget yourselves while you recite the Book? Do you not understand? 44 And seek help in patience and prayer; and verily it is hard, except unto the meek. 45 who know for certain that they will meet their Lord, and that they will return to Him. 46
