Those who do not believe, say: "When we and our fathers have turned to dust, how shall we be raised again? 67 We were told about this and so were our forefathers before us. But these are no more than fairy tales that have been recounted from ancient times." 68 Say: 'Journey in the land and see what was the end of the sinners' 69 And grieve you not for them, nor be straitened (in distress) because of what they plot. 70 They also say: "When will this promise (come to pass)? (Say) if ye are truthful." 71 Say, "It may be that a part of what you would hasten on is close behind you." 72 But verily thy Lord is full of grace to mankind: Yet most of them are ungrateful. 73 But, verily, thy Sustainer knows all that their hearts conceal as well as all that they bring into the open: 74 And there is nothing concealed within the heaven and the earth except that it is in a clear Register. 75 Verily this Qur'an recounteth with truth unto the Children of Isra'il much of that wherein they differ. 76 And most surely it is a guidance and a mercy for the believers. 77 Surely your Lord in His wisdom will decide between them. He is all-mighty and all-knowing. 78 Hence, place thy trust in God [alone] - for, behold, that in which thou believest is truth self-evident. 79 Verily thou canst not make the dead hear, nor canst thou make the deaf hear the call when they flee turning their backs. 80 You cannot guide the straying blind ones. You can only make hear those who believe in Our revelations submissively. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to be fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth speaking unto them, that the people have not of Our signs been convinced. 82
