▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But for him who lived in awe of the sublimity of his Lord, there will be two gardens -- 46 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 47 With spreading branches; 48 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 49 In each of the two Gardens are two flowing springs. 50 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 51 In both of them, there will be two kinds of every fruit. 52 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 53 (The dwellers of Paradise) will recline on couches lined with silk brocade and it will be easy to reach the ripe fruits from the two gardens. 54 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55 In them shall be those who restrained their eyes; before them neither man nor jinni shall have touched them. 56 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 57 They are like rubies and coral-stone. 58 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 59 Shall the recompense of goodness be anything other than goodness? 60 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 61 And besides these two there shall be two other Gardens. 62 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 63 dark green in color. 64 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 65 With two fountains gushing constantly, -- 66 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 67 In them are fruits, palm trees and pomegranates. 68 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 69 Wherein (are found) the good and beautiful - 70 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 71 There shall be maidens sheltered in tents. 72 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 73 Untouched by any man or jinn, before them. 74 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 75 They shall be reclining on green cushions and splendid carpets. 76 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 77 Blessed is the name of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor. 78
