The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

The (Day) of Noise and Clamour: 1 What is the Calamity? 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Those whose good deeds will weigh heavier (on the scale) 6 He will live a pleasant life. 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 His abode shall be the abyss. 9 What shall let you know what the Plunging is? 10 A blazing Fire! 11
