With power did We construct the heaven. Verily, We are Able to extend the vastness of space thereof. 47 And the earth -- We spread it forth; O excellent Smoothers! 48 And of all things We created two mates; perhaps you will remember. 49 So flee to Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 50 And do not set up with Allah another god: surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 51 Similarly, whenever a Noble Messenger came to those before them they always said, “He is a magician or a madman.” 52 Have they charged each other with this? Nay! they are an inordinate people. 53 so ignore them, you are not to blame, 54 Keep on reminding them. This benefits the believers. 55 I have not created jinn and mankind except to serve Me. 56 I do not want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 Surely God is the All-provider, the Possessor of Strength, the Ever-Sure. 58 So verily unto those who do wrong there is a portion like unto the portion of their fellows; wherefore let them not ask Me to hasten on. 59 Woe to the disbelievers when the day with which they have been threatened comes! 60
