Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
I swear by all that you can see, 38 And that which you do not see. 39 [That] indeed, the Qur'an is the word of a noble Messenger. 40 It is not the speech of a poet (little do you believe) 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little do you remember. 42 [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And if he had forged concerning us some discourses. 44 We would have seized him by his right hand, 45 Then cut off his aorta, 46 Then none among you would be his saviour. 47 Surely it is a Good Counsel for the God-fearing. 48 We know that there are some among you who will belie. 49 And indeed it is a despair for the disbelievers. 50 And lo! it is absolute truth. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52
