▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ So I swear by the setting places of the stars. 75 - which is indeed a great oath if only you knew it - 76 That (this) is indeed an honourable recital (the Noble Quran). 77 in a Book protected (from tampering) 78 None touch it except the purified. 79 A Revelation (this Quran) from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 80 So is this the matter regarding which you laze? 81 And instead (of thanking Allah) for the provision He gives you, on the contrary, you deny Him (by disbelief)! 82 Then why, when the soul at death reaches the throat 83 And ye the while (sit) looking on,- 84 And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - 85 Then why do ye not,- If you are exempt from (future) account,- 86 do you not bring back his soul, if you speak truly? 87 So if he is one of those who are near-stationed (to Allah), 88 (There is for him) rest and provision, and a Garden of delights (Paradise). 89 And if he is of those on the right, – 90 Then there is safety and peace (from the Punishment of Allah) for (you as you are from) those on the Right Hand. 91 But, if he is of those who belied, and went astray, 92 a welcome of burning despair [awaits him in the life to come,] 93 And burning in hell. 94 Lo! this is certain truth. 95 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty! 96
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
