The nation of Noah, belied their Messengers. 105 When their brother Nuh said to them: Will you not guard (against evil)? 106 Verily I am unto you an apostle trusted. 107 "So fear Allah, keep your duty to Him, and obey me. 108 I ask of you no recompense for it, for my only reward is with the Lord of the Universe, 109 so fear you God, and obey you me.' 110 ۞ They said: Shall we believe in you while the meanest follow you? 111 He said, "What knowledge do I have of their doings? 112 "Their account is only with my Lord, if ye could (but) understand. 113 I am not going to drive away any believers. 114 I am naught but a warner manifest. 115 They said, “O Nooh, if you do not desist you will surely be stoned.” 116 He said: 'My Lord, my nation have belied me. 117 therefore, judge decisively between me and them; and save me and the believers who are with me." 118 And so We saved him and those [who were] with him in the fully-laden ark, 119 Thereafter We drowned those who remained behind. 120 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 121 And thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 122
