What! Are ye the more difficult to create or the heaven (above)? (Allah) hath constructed it: 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 Its night doth He endow with darkness, and its splendour doth He bring out (with light). 29 And after that He spread the earth. 30 And produced therefrom the water thereof and the pasture thereof, 31 And the mountains! He established them firm: 32 an enjoyment for you and your herds. 33 When the great over-whelming event arrives, 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 And Hell made visible to him who can see, 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 And prefers the life of this world, 38 Lo! hell will be his home. 39 But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust, 40 Paradise will be the dwelling. 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 what have you to do with the mentioning of it? 43 Unto thy Lord is the Knowledge of the limit fixed therefor. 44 You are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 The day when they will see it, it will seem as if they had not stayed on earth except for an evening or its morning. 46
