Al-Duhaa
The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the bright forenoon, 1 and by the calm of night, 2 Your Lord has not forsaken you, nor has He become displeased, 3 And the Hereafter is better for you than the first [life]. 4 And soon will your Lord give you so that you shall be well pleased. 5 Did He not find you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) an orphan and gave you a refuge? 6 And He found thee wandering, so He guided thee, 7 Did He not find you poor and suffice you? 8 As for the orphan, do not oppress him, 9 and as for the beggar, scold him not; 10 but proclaim the blessings of your Lord. 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
