SAY: "Call upon those [beings] whom you imagine [to be endowed with divine powers] beside God: they have not an atom's weight of power either in the heavens or on earth, nor have they any share in [governing] either, nor does He [choose to] have any helper from among them." 22 No intercession avails with Him, except on the part of one to whom He grants permission. When their hearts are relieved of fear, they will enquire from those to whom permission is granted, "What has your Lord said?" They will answer, "The truth. He is the Most High, the Supreme One." 23 ۞ Proclaim, “Who provides you sustenance from the sky and the earth?” Proclaim, “Allah – and indeed either we or you are upon guidance, or in open error.” 24 Say: "Neither shall you be called to account for whatever we may have become guilty of, nor shall we be called to account for whatever you are doing." 25 Say, "Our Lord will bring us together; then He will judge between us in truth. And He is the Knowing Judge." 26 Say, “(Dare you) Show me those whom you have matched with Him – never! Rather only He is Allah, the Most Honourable, the Wise.” 27 We have sent thee not, except to mankind entire, good tidings to bear, and warning; but most men do not know it. 28 They say, "When will the Day of Judgment be if what you say is true?" 29 Say, "For you is the appointment of a Day [when] you will not remain thereafter an hour, nor will you precede [it]." 30
