Al-Ankaboot 7 of 7
The life of this world is nothing but a diversion and play. Indeed, the Everlasting Residence is the Eternal Life, if they but knew. 64 When they embark in the ships, they call on God, making their religion sincerely His; but when He has delivered them to the land, they associate others with Him, 65 In order to be ungrateful for Our favours; and to use the comforts; therefore they will soon come to know. 66 Have they not seen that We have made (Makkah) a sanctuary secure, and that men are being snatched away from all around them? Then do they believe in Batil (falsehood - polytheism, idols and all deities other than Allah), and deny (become ingrate for) the Graces of Allah? 67 And who is a greater wrong-doer than he who fabricateth a lie against Allah or belieth the truth when it cometh unto him. Will there not be in the Hell an abiding-place for the infidels? 68 And those who strove in Our way – We shall surely show them Our paths; and indeed Allah is with the virtuous. 69
True are the words of God the Almighty.
